No wimps! Get ready for a knock-down shake-down Showdown in Little Tokyo (Side A) when Dolph Lundgren and Brandon Lee team in the "smart fast-moving martial-arts action-adventure" (Kevin Thomas Los Angeles Times). L.A.'s colorful Little Tokyo is the setting as buddy cops Lundgren and Lee battle an entrenched cadre of Japanese gangsters (and try to avoid being filleted into sashimi by Yakuza swordsmen!). Jean-Claude Van Damme makes his first headlining role one to remember in Bloodsport (Side B) a stirring brawlfest about the first Westerner ever to win the Kumite Hong Kong's fierce single-elimination world championship of full-contact fighting. This is action that connects again and again!Format: DVD MOVIE Genre:Â ACTION/ADVENTURE UPC:Â 012569767584 Manufacturer No:Â 76758

Customer Rating: Summary: Fun, Basic Action Combo Comment: This is a nifty little package that you might want to consider if you're getting into the films of Jean-Claude Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren, and (to a lesser extent) Brandon Lee.
"Bloodsport" and "Showdown In Little Tokyo" are staple films for fans of Van Damme and Lundgren, respectively, and the presence of Lee in the latter only adds to the fun. Plainly, it's campy, kicks & explosions-filled thrills all the way as vice cops Lee and Lundgren take on the Yakuza and Van Damme enters a legendary tournament to honor his deceased master.
However, the only special features included are for "Showdown": a theatrical trailer and multiple languages/subtitles. "Bloodsport" is afforded nothing.
Essentially, the package is only worth it if you're a newcomer to the films of these guys but you don't want to buy the separate DVDs just yet. Good stuff for any kung fu action devotee.
Now we just need to wait until the "Universal Soldier"/"Rapid Fire" combo is released...
