Comment: This is such a funny movie. Diane Keaton is at her best and Mandy Moore is good too. It is so true in many ways because as Mom's we tend to protect and want the best for our young. I think we can all relate to Mom's dilemna. I have watched it so much that I can recite the words by heart. One of my all time favorite movies.

Comment: THIS IS A VERY PLEASANT, ROMANTIC COMEDY THAT DID NOT DESERVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. tHERE ARE ALWAYS LOTS OF THINGS IN THE MOVIES THAT ARE NOT REALISTIC, BUT THAT IS PART OF THE FUN OF PUTTING YOUR FEET UP, EATING POPCORN AND WATCHING A MOVIE AT HOME. IF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN A MOTHER OR A DAUGHTER OR KNOW WHAT THAT RELATIONSHIP IS ABOUT, YOU WILL ENJOY THIS MOVIE. ALSO MY HUSBAND WHO USUALLY PREFERS "GUY MOVIES" REALLY ENJOYED THE MOVIE. AND NO, YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE STUPID TO LIKE IT. YOU DO NEED A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR THOUGH.
